To whom it may concern:
It is my pleasure to be able to say that John Zdanis is a prior student of mine at the Institute for Business and Technology. While at IBT, he was unquestionably one of the top students to attend the electrician program.
In regards to the classroom, he was on time and early every day, had perfect attendance and constantly demonstrated his ability and desire to learn so that he may truly succeed in his new career as an electrician. He displayed nothing but the utmost respect for other students and instructors. He constantly strived to go above and beyond the minimum requirements of getting a high grade. He was an exemplary student to say the least.
During lab, John was always finishing his projects early with little or no help from instructors or other students. Even the hardest of lab assignments were accomplished with success; this was a direct result of his attention to detail and his devotion to learning his new skill set. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of safety practices and never had any issues in regards to any OSHA or school policies.
In conclusion, I am absolutely confident that John would make an outstanding addition to any company or organization seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrician. I am proud to say that he was one of my students.

Respectfully submitted,
Andrew Baker Electrical Instructor, IBT

I worked closely with John in a fast-paced startup environment, and one thing that consistently stood out was how clean and reliable his work was, even under significant constraints and pressure. I pulled him into our most demanding, high-stakes projects time and again, and he always took them on with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude—delivering on time, every time. That kind of track record tells you a lot about who John is.
He thinks carefully, catches problems early, and takes pride in doing things right. Those qualities carry over to any field, and I have no doubt he'll bring the same level of excellency to his work as an electrician.
